Clarity

A Private Experience to Decide if Your Relationship with Alcohol Still Fits Your Life

You Haven’t Said It Out Loud.

No one has confronted you.
Nothing catastrophic has happened.
Your life still works.

And yet, the questions keep surfacing.

Why do I feel anxious the morning after?
Did I drink more than I meant to?
Why is this harder to moderate than it used to be?
Would I feel better if I just stopped for a while?

You replay conversations.
You scan your memory.
You promise yourself you’ll dial it back.

Then the negotiation begins again.

Clarity is designed for this exact space — the space between silent questioning and confident decision.

You do not need to label yourself.
You do not need to panic.
You simply need a steady place to look honestly.

Clarity creates space for discernment without shame, drama, or overreaction.

This Isn’t About Hitting Bottom.

High-functioning people rarely do.

You are responsible. Capable. Disciplined.
You manage your life well.

That is what makes this so quiet.

You do not want treatment.
You do not want a group.
You do not want a diagnosis.

You want clarity.

You want to know:

Is this sustainable?
Is this aligned?
Or is it time to change?

What This Work Creates

Over three months, you will:

– Step out of negotiation and into honesty

– Experience a structured two-month pause from alcohol

– Understand what alcohol currently provides

– Identify what it may be costing you

– Reduce the anxiety that follows drinking

– Strengthen your ability to move through social situations without it

– Rebuild trust with yourself

– Make a grounded, confident decision about your next step

This is not willpower work.

It is awareness work.
Integration work.
Decision work.

Why I Guide This Work

For years, I lived in survival mode — purpose-driven yet disconnected.

I understand what it means to function well on the outside while something quietly feels
misaligned inside.

From performance to presence.
From misalignment to integration.

Today, I bring both lived experience and clinical depth into the room.

Clarity is not about forcing a conclusion.

It is about helping you make one — calmly and confidently.

The Structure

Clarity is a private, three-month coaching container.

We meet virtually once a week for 60-minute sessions.

During our time together, you will commit to a two-month pause from alcohol — not as
punishment, but as information. A structured pause allows you to observe your patterns clearly,
without negotiation or noise.

Between sessions, you will receive:

– Curated reading recommendations

– Guided journaling prompts designed to deepen self-awareness

– Practical integration practices to help you navigate social settings, emotional triggers, and daily
rhythms during your pause

– Reasonable access to me between sessions for questions, moments of uncertainty, and
real-time support

This container is confidential, focused, and intentional.

There are no groups.
No labels.
No pressure.

Only steady guidance — inside and outside our sessions — toward an honest decision.

This Is For You If:

– By every visible standard, your life works
– No one would suspect you are questioning anything
– You wake up with anxiety after drinking
– You quietly wonder if this is about more than alcohol
– You are tired of negotiating with yourself
– You want to decide intentionally rather than drift

This Is Not For You If:

– You require medical detoxification
– You meet criteria for alcohol dependence
– You are unwilling to pause drinking for two months
– You are seeking group recovery support

If clinical dependence becomes evident, referrals will be made with care and integrity.

The Investment

Clarity is a three-month private experience.

Investment: $3,000.

Payment plans are available.

This is not a casual conversation.

It is a structured, high-touch container designed to move you from questioning to decision.

You Don’t Have to Make This Decision Alone.

If you’ve been silently questioning your relationship with alcohol, this is a space where honesty
is welcomed — not judged.

You don’t need certainty before you begin.
You simply need willingness.

If something inside you has been asking these questions for a while, consider this your invitation
to look at them clearly.

Schedule a private consultation, and we’ll begin with a conversation.
