About

Hey there—I’m Michelle Charbonnier—Life Design Strategist, guide for Soulful Living, therapist, speaker, and someone who has learned how to rise—again and again.

I’ve walked through patterns of self-destruction, deep grief, heartbreak, and mental health challenges. I’ve also walked stages, held safe space for others, launched programs I once only dreamed of, and rebuilt a life aligned with who God created me to be.
Today, I guide others to do the same. Whether you’re in recovery, in transition, or simply searching for more—more alignment, more joy, more soul—I’m here to walk beside you as you come home to yourself.

More about me.

I’m a therapist with a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, a certified Christian mental health coach, and a yoga teacher. I hold space for those reclaiming their lives—from harmful patterns, soul level struggles, and the stories which no longer serve them.

But those are just the titles.

What truly qualifies me is how I see people.

Because I have been there. I am people. I’ve been in the trenches. I’ve done the deep work.
And I know the power of what’s possible when someone truly believes in you—and when you start to believe in yourself.

I hold space which is both strategic and sacred—where coaching meets calling, where transformation meets truth. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief every story has a new chapter.

I believe in:

This isn’t about quick fixes. This is about choosing to live awake.
To be who you were always meant to be—boldly, gently, fully.

So if you’re ready to design a life that’s not just surviving—but aligned, abundant, and alive—I’m so glad you’re here.

Let’s begin.
