My personal journey in recovery ignited a profound passion for supporting individuals in exploring their relationships with habits, self, and others. Employing a person-centered, strengths-based approach, I aid each client in defining their recovery journey, guiding them from mere survival to flourishing in life. I also utilize the ancient wisdom of yoga to guide my clients. I create a supportive space for healing and self inquiry work. My work is my heart offering to those I serve.
